About

Saurav is the Head of Business Development at FicusBridge. He brings over 18 years of consulting experience in delivering data-driven optimisation within diverse industry sectors including aged care, energy, infrastructure, and education.

With an engineering background and an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Saurav applies a combination of his analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking in his current role to help residential aged care providers identify where they are leaving significant AN-ACC funding unclaimed.

Saurav is recognised for fostering long-term trusted relationships with executives and senior leadership and for helping break silos in complex organisations by working across functions and stakeholders; this includes 6+ years of experience working integrated within client teams.

Why Aged Care
I got introduced to the aged care sector by following our founder Tanvi Dalal's work over a couple of years. Understanding how FicusBridge's work is helping providers claim the funding they deserve to be best equipped at delivering care, which in turn translates into resident outcomes, deeply resonated with me. The work is very meaningful and the challenges I can help addressing in this sector have much higher stakes than any of the previous sectors I have worked in, primarily because the "assets" here are people.
